Toro Verde / Immersive Museum
As Creative Director and Lead Developer, I led the ideation, research and development, and technical integration for Lumen & Forge’s work as technology partner on Toro Verde Adventure Park’s interactive environmental museum in Puerto Rico. I oversaw creative direction and team management while also personally developing multiple installations, delivering hands-on execution across interactive systems, projection mapping, custom hardware, and real-time content.
The work included Retro Radiowaves, a reimagined 1960s Arecibo Observatory control room with six-axis antenna navigation and analog interfaces; Deep Sea Wonders, combining locally sculpted recycled coral with button-driven projection-mapped reef lighting; Depths Unveiled Submarine, featuring a deep-sea pressure simulation, an interactive Puerto Rico Trench depth chart, and a live camera connection to the Arecibo Observatory; Shifting Grounds, an interactive globe with day and night cycles and topographical mapping displayed on repurposed industrial forms; and Storm Surge, an interactive urban flood simulation allowing visitors to control rainfall intensity and observe real-time storm surge and flooding effects.
